About

Mr. P & Andy one sheet
Welcome to the official website for the independent British feature film Own Worst Enemy, a pitch black comedy about an agoraphobic man struggling to stay sane within the confines of his pokey flat as his newly formed imaginary enemy taunts and ridicules him at every opportunity. Added to this, with heavy rain pouring in through his leaky roof he becomes convinced that the local weather presenter is deliberately predicting bad weather in an attempt to flood his house. With nowhere to escape to and nowhere to hide he must remedy the situation as best he can as the line between fantasy and reality blurs.
Own Worst Enemy has been written by Midlands based film maker Philip Pugh, who will also direct and will star Mike Baughan in the roles of both Andy and his imaginary enemy Mr. P. The supporting cast includes Mathew Waters (Round the Twist), Terri Dwyer (Hollyoaks), James Phelps and Oliver Phelps (Harry Potter series) and the film is being co-produced by Nigel Davey.
Philip Pugh, Nigel Davey and Mike Baughan reunite for this project having previously collaborated in the same capacity on the award winning 2009 feature film One Minutes.
Currently in post-production, we’re looking to get the film completed and on the festival circuit in early 2015.
